Toshinden celebrates 30th anniversary with its renewed official license

Battle Arena Toshinden is a classic 3D fighting game that was released on the PlayStation console three decades ago by Takara Tomy Company. To celebrate Toshinden’s 30th Anniversary, Edia Company renewed the franchise’s license to ship Toshinden, Toshinden 2, and Toshinden 3 to modern consoles.

The company isn’t planning to just port the Toshinden trilogy without adding substantial features that will enhance the experience for fans and newcomers. The developer‘s scheduling the launch of the renewed Toshinden trilogy between fiscal year 2026 and 2027.
