Bloober Team was put in a situation to quickly path its acclaimed Silent Hill 2 remake as the Italian subtitles spoil the entire game. The radio tells you everything when it shouldn’t.

As reported by VGC, the early game radio found, leads nothing to imagination when heavily distorted message plays in James’ mind. If you’ve played the game or played the original, you’d likely know what the message said, but in case you and don’t mind the spoiler, read ahead.

When picking up the radio, Mary, James’ late wife, asks why he killed him, but due to the distorted nature of the message, you simply can’t understand it, as this is reserved for later in the game. Italian subtitles, however, make it crystal clear, once discovered, the team swiftly patched it out.

In a bout of better news, original Silent Hill 2 director, Masashi Tsuboyama, has gone on record to praise the over-the-shoulder camera view.
