Resident Evil Requiem performs as the fastest-selling game in its series

Capcom has announced the breaking success of Resident Evil Requiem. Its growing performance has reached over six million sales, receiving the fastest-selling achievement in the Resident Evil franchise.

Capcom will continue to support the latest Resident Evil title with upcoming support, like the new Photo Mode and mini-game targeting May 2026. The developers are also working on the new story expansion, which will provide more horrifying experiences in the decimated Requiem world. They’ll provide more details about the scheduled updates later in 2026, along with plans to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Resident Evil.
