Rejoin Val and company in Visions of Mana’s new demo

Square Enix has released a demo for its upcoming action RPG, Visions of Mana. The game will be a continuation of the mainline story and earmarked as the series’ fifth entry.

A trailer was dropped to announce the demo, showcasing a little bit of world-building and combat, if you weren’t already sold as a Mana fan. The demo will give you an idea of if you’ll drop your hard-earned cash on the game.

Three weapons can be unlocked for Val, the central protagonist — Gladius, Falx, and Horn Lance — and will be available in Chapter 1. That said, the demo’s progression won’t carry over as some content differs from the final build. Nonetheless, get ready to rejoin Val as he accompanies his childhood friend, Hinna, to the Mana Tree, bumping into interesting characters along the way.

Visions of Mana will launch on August 29, 2024, for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
