Put a little pep in your step with new party game, Jumping Jazz Cats

Team17 joins forces with aptly named Le Catnip Collective on a brand-new party game that combines two things that can be either calming or chaotic — jazz and cats — in Jumping Jazz Cats. The game was taken to Gamescom this year for the press people.

Jumping Jazz Cats is a 2-9 player romp with local four-player split-screen multiplayer. Dubbed a “party platformer,” players will bounce between moving up and down the landscape and competing in one of six different mini-games inspired by famous cat-related GIFs.

All of this will take place in one big mansion, which has six different levels to enjoy. Oh and we can’t forget the music, which will feature 10 different jazz tracks.

Right now, Jumping Jazz Cats has no official release date, only “coming soon” on Steam.
