New free-to-play game available on Switch

Nintendo Switch players have a brand new free-to-play game to enjoy: the long-running Bleach: Brave Souls has finally arrived on the console.

This release follows just weeks after the game launched on Xbox systems, as detailed in a press release. The release news for the Nintendo Switch version was found via a press release.

The press release also provided information about a gift campaign celebrating the release. Further details were shared in a post on X by the official English account.

From July 11 to July 24, players can log in to the game and receive 10 free characters a day. Additionally, characters from the series’ final arc, Thousand-Year Blood War, are guaranteed to be included.

A separate campaign offers fans a chance to win real merchandise from the game. To participate, players need to make a purchase from the in-game store. Of those who make a purchase, 100 will have a chance to win real merchandise. Lastly, fans can follow the official X profile for the game and repost the post for a chance to win separate real merchandise.

Subscribers to the Bleach: Brave Souls newsletter will receive a 10% discount coupon to use for in-game purchases, which can be used to participate in the merchandise campaign.
