New free support confirmed for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment has two free updates confirmed for its future support. The upcoming contents were detailed broadly, only hinting at the new patches giving more enjoyment to play the game “for even longer.”

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity had two paid DLC packs that gave new weapons, difficulties, challenge missions, characters, story content, and updated movesets. The paid expansion offered more than its free updates, which only provided specific bug fixes and stability for the DLC waves. There’s a better chance for the new updates to be somewhat small-scale in content rather than huge story expansions, but the game’s upcoming support could be anything.

Koei Tecmo also released an update that added a shortcut input for the Tweet Challenge and provided several bug fixes for local co-op and gameplay glitches. More confirmed info for the next free updates will be available later.
