New Epic Mickey: Rebrushed trailer drops

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is shaping up to be a real treat for those looking to revisit a classic, surprisingly dark, adventure as we get a better glimpse at what to expect.

During a recent THQ Nordic showcase, it gave us a mix of whimsical transitions, footage of the Wasteland, and Mickey waving his Magic Paintbrush to eradicate the Blot, restoring color. Rebrushed also introduces new skills like dashing and sprinting to get around a bit faster.

The hub world of Epic Mickey: Rebrushed will also let players enter paintings based on classic Disney flicks, including the now-public domain Steamboat Willie.

Epic Mickey: Rebrushed launches on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC on September 24.
