MindsEye is still sponsoring content despite low player count

Despite the financial failure MindsEye was, one that led to Built A Rocket Boy’s higher-ups pinning the blame on “internal and external saboteurs,” as well as putting the studio’s fate uncertain, the studio’s still sponsoring creators. The continued sponsorships is even more insane as player count remains low.

FRVR reports it’s still sponsoring streamers to promote it a year and half later. Content creator Criken, for example, was sponsored by MindsEye and it at least worked a little, finding itself in the double digits of player count following the stream.

For clarification, though, MindsEye is still kind of actively worked on, with a mid-December update being its most recent.
