John Wick Hex pulled from storefronts

Officially licensed John Wick Hex will be pulled from digital storefronts in mere days after six years of sale.

On Steam, publisher Big Fan Games announced the game will be pulled from storefronts starting July 17. Lucky for some, though, it will still be available if you already own the game. It’s not made clear why the game is being pulled, but it’s likely due to expiring licenses and it not being profitable enough to renew said license.

For example, John Wick Hex currently sits at a peak player count of 85, according to SteamDB, set on the day it released to Steam. While it did release to consoles and other game selling platforms, we have a feeling it didn’t do much better. To add to the trouble, the game also failed to capture a super positive reception, both critically and with an audience.

It is unfortunate, though, that the only officially licensed John Wick game failed to make a splash. If you wanna snag the game, you best do it now before it’s too late, as July 17 is your last chance.
