Granblue Fantasy Versus faces new restrictions through server downscaling

Granblue Fantasy Versus is the original counterpart that helped spark its latest sequel, Granblue Fantasy Rising. The developers are‘s continuing to push more support for Granblue Fantasy: Versus Rising, which requires cutting services for its predecessor on April 20, 2026.

It’s been confirmed that Granblue Fantasy Versus will face server downscaling, which will restrict online play through ranked and lobby matches. Players can still connect through room matches with more limited features. There will also be no more distribution of Granblue Fantasy Versus serial codes.
