Focus Entertainment undergoes rebranding starting in April

TrackMania and Atomic Heart publisher Focus Entertainment appears to be rebranding itself again after changing its name from Focus Home Interactive back in 2021. The studio will start adopting its new name in April.

A recent quarterly earnings report revealed the French publisher would be adopting the name PulluP Entertainment starting on April 1, 2024. This news follows Geoffroy Sardin taking on the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and reorganization efforts. This rebranding will lead to some branches being formed, such as Focus Entertainment Publishing, which will continue its historical publishing operation. Deputy Managing Director John Bert will take the lead on that venture.

Some sort of other branch will laser in on publishing indies alongside retro gaming and will comprise of The Arcade Crew and Dotemu. A broad studios division will also be put in place and comprised of the small laundry list of other studios under the Focus branding, such as Deck13, Blackmill Games, Carpool Studio, and more.

It still needs to finalize things and get full approval from its shareholders, which plan to conduct a meeting on February 28 on the matter.
