Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons remake might be on the table

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons might be receiving the remake treatment many games have been getting lately. While not confirmed with The Game Awards kicking off soon, it wouldn’t be too shocking if 505 Games announces it during the event.

Sourced from the widely reputable bilbil-kun, who has boiled down the free PlayStation Plus games lineup basically every month since they’ve begun their leaking journey, it’s safe to say that this rumor is largely a believable one. Brothers released back in 2013 but has yet to receive any sort of current-gen version. That said, the game was re-released to the Amazon Luna back in 2020, so there’s certainly still a team out there that wants to bring this game to as many places as possible.

If it is to be a full remake, we can only imagine how much will improve, assuming that is that Hazelight Studios’ Josef Fares has any involvement in the project, that is. With how remakes and remasters go, though, it’s all too possible that the creator of the IP will be left out, but we suppose only time will tell.
