BioWare plans on revealing Dragon Age: The Veilguard’s release date this month

The much-anticipated Dragon Age: The Veilguard has gone this long without a public, ironed out release date, but that’s about to change. Previously known as Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, The Veilguard is the first piece of content for the IP since 2014’s Inquisition.

On BioWare’s blog talking about its time at San Diego Comic-Con, tucked away at the very bottom, it notes that the studio plans on sharing more looks at the game, a new roadmap, and most excitingly for awaiting fans — a release date.

Now, while a release date was never shared, a couple breadcrumbs do give us clues as to when we can expect the game. EA has confirmed that it’s heading out the door in Q4 of this year, and it was confirmed to be a fall release, so it’s likely an October or November release, but we’ll have to wait and see.
