What to expect from Kirby Air Riders’ time limited demo

Kirby Air Riders is the next major Switch 2 exclusive that doesn’t just include the series’ staple features, but new content from its previous showcases. There’s a lot of support for the revived series, including the upcoming Global Test Ride event.

The Global Test Ride will have three accessible modes: Lessons, Air Ride, and City Trials. The only available courses for the demo’s Air Ride mode are Floria Fields, Waveflow Waters, and Mount Amberfalls.

It’s also possible to link up with friends in the online paddock to hang out in its hospitable area or participate in the City Trial. The paddock can hold up to 32 players in Kirby Air Riders, though the demo version will limit to 16 players. Anyone can try the demo ride through its available online sessions:

  • November 8 > 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. PT

The demo will be available for download on November 7, giving access to Lessons before and after the scheduled Global Test Ride sessions. A Nintendo Switch Online Membership isn’t needed to play either Lessons or Air Ride mode. More information about the game’s content is available through Masahiro Sakurai’s extensive presentations, including the amiibos.
